I would give 5 star however sub settings like to disable all sites is difficult there is no button to select all also may be instead of 100 amazon sites some grouping for enabling and disable also should be available. I wanted only to work on you tube and had to manually uncheck one by one other than that it works very well

But to be honest, is it always a trade off, I was thinking about no pre selected sites, but you will need to accept every new site you use manually and it could be also a bad ux for others users, so idk...
