Solution 1 Type about:addons in the Firefox address bar. On the Extensions tab, find Switcher under Manage Your Extensions and open its settings; make sure “Run in Private Windows” is set to Allow.
Solution 2 Remove Switcher from your browser and reinstall it. During installation, confirm Switcher is allowed to run in Private Windows. If installed correctly, it should run without problems.
Note Switcher will not work properly unless it has permission to run in private windows.
