I'm happy to let you know that a new version has just will be released soon on firefox (need to wait firefox review) but chrome already published !!
It now includes exactly this functionality. You can now close all tabs from a specific category without affecting your other pinned or unpinned tabs.
I really appreciate your feedback—it helped highlight a real workflow need and played a part in shaping this update. Thanks again for the support and the 5-star review!
