No longer works with 7tv, at least if you're using the new/updated 7tv extension, while the original pronouns extension ("Twitch Chat pronouns" by Alejo Pereyra) still works and can present more combinations of pronouns. For example, both this and the original extension can show "He/They" if you have selected "He/Him" as your primary pronouns and "They/Them" as your secondary pronouns, but this extension will only say "They/Them" if you select those as your primary and "He/Him" as your secondary while the original extension correctly shows "They/He" with that setup.

It's not working for me unfortunately. It showed the pronounce for a sec but without the design (just plain text) then the whole thing disappeared after a page refresh and resending messages.
