this add on did not work. its overly complicated with 50 different options, but still does nothing. would give 0 stars if i could.

I installed this extension because I wanted to download several embedded Vimeo videos, but the extension was unable to locate them, despite me installing another piece of software it suggested would help it work properly.

Requires you to install an external app in order to download YouTube videos.

Outdated. Takes forever to re-encode a watermark in when you can just use a website.

To download a video the app asks to install an additional software which I cannot and do not want to. This app was great once.... seems that good things don`t last . Uninstalling and search for another downloader.

Used to be great and worked until I had to install the companion software. Hasn't worked since after multiple uninstalls and reinstalling everything.

New version puts a big QR code in the upper left corner of videos, and asks for a donation. And they don't take paypal anymore. THe download is now super processor intensive and takes a long time. With this change in policy and performance, I wouldn't be surprised if it was mining virtual currency. Definitely uninstalling.

This program shouldn't be rocommended at all. It is not freeware, but share-ware or nag-ware. Shame on firefox developpers: your credibility is in danger

ADDS WATERMARK to downloaded videos. Pay to remove.

For audio: it doesn't work anymore on, e.g., SoundCloud. Only reports and downloads short ~100K snippets. I won't install a companion app anyway. Looking for different solutions.

It got ENSHITIFIED! Forces you to install a program on your computer, raising privacy concerns (no forced program prior to 2020), adds HUGE watermarks on your videos unless you pay. Extortion. Bad software. I want a browser add-on, not a program with watermarks and privacy breaches. Mozilla should remove this.

This USED to be the best video down loader. But, now it it entirely crippled and can only down load with a companion app....one that I do not trust.

Are you kidding me? First you have to install another program to download anything. Then you have a watermark on the downloaded video. How is this any good?
