Even though 720p resolution is available for download in the browser via a non-ADP selection (e.g. a Youtube clip), this app DOES NOT ALLOW IT ANYMORE, IT ALSO PLACES A BIG QR RECTANGLE ON THESE ! Crap... You MUST buy a license for ANY HD resolution even the lowest one! I was on the verge of buying a license for higher res, but after I've noticed this recent change I also changed my mind.

Having to download software that operates outside the Firefox enviornment is a big no-no from me. Used to be good but now, it's just not worth the hassle. Especially since the video you end up with is pretty much unwatchable. Avoid this.

This used to be the defacto addon for downloading videos. Now every attempt I make to download videos takes hours to convert, the final video is stuttering and unwatchable, puts a watermark on everything, and wants you to install additional software on your computer to function. Ignore the positive reviews, those are from the days when it actually worked. I wouldn't be surprised if its harvesting information for hackers. Stay far away!

I used this add-on for years and loved it. For some reason now it's barely usable. It doesn't detect videos on every website like it used to. When you do manage to download the video you want, it now does something called aggregating, which lasts hours. Yes, HOURS. The downloaded video is watermarked to boot. I can't recommend this add-on any more.

Cannot download without first downloading a companion app that puts a watermark on the download. I rate as a Piece of Shit!

Trying to download anything from Youtube tells you you have to install their companion app for it to work. Rubbish, other addons download the mp4 no problem.

This thing kept trying to install unauthorized software and being flagged by my antivirus. When disabled of its privileges, it asks to install a "companion app" or won't do anything. Beware of add-ons that only run in any kind of elevated mode. Uninstalled.
