I don't know what happened to this addon it used to be great now it's shite. It tries to add watermarks to videos and such not worth it find something better.

Made me wait 20 minutes for conversion only to greet me with a watermarked video, there are tons of alternatives. I won't use it again.

For years, this add-on has required an additional program to installed. No problem. But the program has never installed. Not once. Not for several years. This add-on does not work, has not worked and probably never will work.

Have used this add on for a while and it used to work great. Today tried to use it for a video download using identical steps and after a very very very long time - the video was ready to download but a required payment feature has now been added. I get that some capabilities require payment -- but I DO NOT like finding out after wasting 1/2 hour. The software should warn of the new required payment before wasting user's time. I do actually pay for some capabilities -- but never after being tricked into it. I will no longer be using this software. Beware the required payment that now seems to be a requirement to actually get a copy of the video that you thought was being downloaded -- and it now takes a long long time.

It downloads video in great quality...but ads a huge QR code in the upper left corner of the downloaded video... so videos are unusable.

The software is great, and I would give 5 starts, but just because of the new QR code that is now added to all downloaded videos, I'm uninstalling this and giving only 1/5 review

Directamente no funciona.

require additional software installed on pc

VDH used to be a free great downloader but nowaday you will discover a watermark on the video (that takes hours to be computed) to make you buy the paying version. So disappointiong

Dno i nieporozumienie...

"The second most downloaded Firefox add-on since 2007" Past glory at this point. Watch the one star reviews skyrocket with this latest monetization effort. Hadn't used it in a few days. Tried to download an old public domain video last night and saw this huge QR code superimposes on it. I believe this will prove to be shooting oneself in the foot. Looking for another downloader now....

Don't get me wrong. I don't expect people to work for nothing, they are entitled to compensation for their efforts. But forcing downloads with ADP and disabling "browser" downloads (that's what's happening for me), and charging for the converter (rather than support by donations) wasn't the right way to go about it.

They just REMOVED the "copy the address of the Link" function so it just loss all its Utility to me. That's Pathetic. I'm NOT Gonna Install anything on my computer from them !
