this app used to work just fine on its own, but now most websites require you to download a sketchy "companion app" that also watermarks videos unless you pay them money.

There are times you want or need to download things that might not be on the internet forever. Sites get taken down things get lost, you know the story.
Download helper is a great way to fix that little problem. Since everything cost something and you can’t always buy these folks a cup a coffee, at least let’em know you like what they do for you, and get a cup when you can.
