Always demand I add another extension which is not mentioned in Firefox explanation of this add-on. So, I don't trust. Their support page is blank.

Скурвился аддон. Требует "Companion App" устанавливать в ОС, без него не позволяет скачивать. Осталось только удалить.

Video downloader is unreliable. It is a janky piece of software that is not user friendly. It doesn't not download videos seamlessly. It's hit and miss. It fails. I cannot invest in or support software that performs this poorly.

It used to be free. Now it forces video conversion and if you don't pay, it watermarks your videos. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Too slow. Eat a lot of RAM and CPU. Add stupid QR code to video. 4 minutes 16 Mb video converted about 30 minutes on quad core 3.6 GHz CPU. And they want 30 USD for this? How about no?

I paid for a lifetime license for the Video Converter back in 2011, and still get those #%^&*%* watermarks on my videos. sure I could buy it again, but why? I already purchased a Lifetime License that does not work. Get your head right and fix this issue or a 1 Star is all you are worth to me. Very Slow Conversions and substandard video quality.

This Video DownloadHelper used to be good. At some point they started to require an companion app and added a water mark to downloads unless the user payed. I don't need it. I have no use for the video with the water mark and no interest in paying them for registering a codec.

This WAS an extension for Firefox. At this moment, when it asks you to install some software to do its job, it's worthless. I won't install anything not approved by Mozilla. Next !

Раньше даунлоадхелпер был одним из лучших дополнений для лисы, но сейчас это просто какое-то издевательство. Мало того, что он лепит огромный куар-код на видео, мало того, что сборка 4-минутного видео занимает где-то 10 минут и жрет 30% ЦП, так еще и качество итогового видео получается убито в ноль! Единственное, что можно разглядеть на скачанном видео, — это тот самый гигантский куар-код. Может, это какой-то баг в ффмпег, я не знаю. По крайней мере, в нынешнем виде это выглядит как какая-то неудачная пародия на былой даунлоадхелпер.
