Tried it out, but unfortunately it takes forever to download small files and uses a huge QR code in the corner of the screen to extort you to buy a license. I found and donated to an alternative software that doesn't do this. Thanks anyways.

Adding crappy QR codes to a video is a real no-go!

Just leave the video alone, no converting, no editing, no QR crap addition!

Just rip-off. Now you need to install same secondary app so they can take your money. Forget about free part, it's false. It was good quite a while ago, you didn't have to install any software from dubious sources, but now...

It's bad and going downhill fast. I do not recommend.

At first it worked some of the time, then they makes you get additional add-ons which you then have to pay money for if you want to remove a watermark.

The watermark is ridiculous. Usually the free version although has some inconveniences it is still usable but that big watermark is totally unacceptable. I could buy the license, and I'd have done it because I need a premium quality conversion but after that I'm not giving you my money. You are ridiculous

NOT free. First it makes you download another app and install it on your PC. I did this because I used to use this program years ago and it used to be good. Then after you install this it makes you pay around 20$ to use it. False advertising.

This is not really a Firefox add-on. When you first try to download a video, it makes you download a program that does the actual work, and then it shakes you down for money AFTER you've already downloaded a file, claiming it is doing conversion work, which it is most definitely not doing.

New version of Videodownload Helper does not work. I'm running windows 10 with the Firefox Quantum browser version 61.0.7 My old Windows XP with the older version of Videodownload Helper worked perfectly. I think there is something drastically wrong with this add on.

I have downloaded the new mozilla as requested, despite the fact that Im already running mozilla to get Download helper which I have had for years and just had to get new Windows 10 and I cannot download your dlhelper without buying that video archive thing which cant happen cos im broke. Antes funcionaba bien. Ahora con más frecuencia te exige usar un convertidor externo el cual estas obligado a instalar, una vez instalado NO SIRVE. Cuál es el punto entonces? Muy decepcionado de lo que es ahora el complemento, que no es ni la sombra de lo bueno que fue alguna vez.
