after years of free downloading video's without water marks now they force a water mark on the video forcing you to pay or keep a water mark... will be uninstalling their addon plus their extra download and wont be back

Damn thing no long works. I don't mind if they want to charge for it but the trickery they are using to steal your information makes this a potential malware. Seems like download no longer works unless you install their add-on. Why does a downloader requires you to download another downloader to download videos?? I Strongly do not recommend this Video Downloader. For those on Linux use "Ultimate media Dowloader" never fails or rarely ever fails. Video Downloader is using its past good reputation to engage in potential bad practices. You can definitely tell by the number of bad 1 star ratings suddenly creeping up. Stay away from this add-on.

I registered because the stupidity of the developers of this app beyond belief.
Who's got the fu*&*** time to look for the download folder and why does the "change" option NOT work.

Do not recommend this addon anymore, it has turned into ADWARE. Hastles you about buying a premium license and watermarks videos if you dont buy one.

Have lost download button from task bar and can't replace it

do not use this add-on unless you wanna your videos to have a HUGE watermark that is not transparent at all and is actually blocking the video content you just download, making this a forced pay or you don't get anything in return

you cannot use this one without paying which you only find out after first download showing you qr code over the video

The funniest part is that if you actually buy a license, you would need to buy it _again_ if you want to use another browser. Bye bye!

Tricking long time users with a policy update into a trap for making them buy their license is just pretty dumb, annoying and weird behaviour. No problem though, I just unistalled it, moving on to the next best add-on. You get what you deserve.

Deceptive as all hell. Makes you download a companion app that I now have to dig around to find, then puts a big fucking QR code into the video it didn't let you download until you installed their app.

use "Downr YouTube Downloader" instead. Search for it in addon store.

I wish it was faster. Could be better. GLAD it did what it said unlike other. spoke too soon. I guess I reached my limit . i doesn't work anymore.
