A huge QR code water mark on the video if you don't pay them. Extremely high performance impact due to adding that QR code. WORST ADD-ON !!!

Испортились. Теперь встраивают QR-код поверх видео при сохранении (перекодировании). На данный момент перешел на 4К Video Downloader, других альтернатив пока не искал.

The app will promt you for a companion app download. And after you have downloaded a video it will then inform you that a large QR code has been overlayed. If you would like that QR code removed then its going to cost you. None of this information if front presented.

Too many permissions. It would be better if (detailed) permission had to be granted each time it is doing something that could be invasive.

Does not work without installation of an external program. If I wanted that, I'd use jDownloader or another standalone where I just copy and paste the URL.

what a b.s. app only to seduce you to use a paid version, the free version generates such a big mark it is totally unusable

I paid to join, but still cannot use Video Download Helper. Use caution when paying -- I never got my money's worth.

Used to be great, now it is useless. Only download about 10 seconds of a video and you can no longer download to a folder of your choice. And that is when it can find the video. Now it often says that there is no video even when it is playing

Расширение потребует установки некоего "компаньона" на ПК, дабы скачать видео и в процессе скачивания, воткнуть в него гигантский QR-код в левом нижнем углу. То есть по сути, это испражнение, ой то есть расширение, не только скачивает, а ещё и конвертирует видео.
А чтобы этого QR-кода не было, охреневший разработчик этого испражнения требует $30.
Так что, настоятельно не рекомендую этот мусор ставить и использовать.

Рекомендую использовать программу для Windows: Youtube Downloader HD. Ищите на торрент-трекерах.

Eu usava muito o DownloadHelper, mas agora na versão gratuita quando preciso baixar um vídeo ele colocar um QR Gigante no canto do vídeo e não permite mais baixar MP3 (só audio) sem ser Premium. Infelizmente virou uma extensão inútil, prefiro o iTubeGo.

Started putting gigantic qr code in the corner when you use free version. You have to pay to get rid of it. Now useless.

i bought the licence getting rid of qr stamp from the video downloaded from youtube, and i got this "License is for Chrome but extension build is for Firefox" that means, you never get the video converting from youtube using chrome due to resticted by google policy, which means wasting of your money and time. accidently you guys who develop this set people up? or am i doing something wrong?

It started putting a GIANT QR Code on every video we downloaded. Bizarre tactic to maintain the app.

OK so this has been working ok for a while, now I get a notice that I have to install a companion app onto my PC for some reason to DL anything!! , forget it, a browser ext maybe but a program onto my PC ? , not a chance :/

Totally screwed any usefulness of this extension by adding a HUGE QR code. After such a terrible tactic, I cannot justify paying for a Pro version. Uninstalling!!!
