The extension still works here, so the problem might be something on your computer, like another plugin that is conflicting with this one. To report a problem, go to the main page for the plugin and look for the "Support Site" link. Then choose "Issue" or "Discussion" and write more details. If it's a bug, I will fix it within 24-48 hours.
Edit: I've just published a new version (1.6.0) with some bug fixes. Can you let me know if that fixes the problem? It also now works on Firefox for Android.- Se valoró con 5 de 5por Tirmex, hace un mes

For people who don't trust this, all you need to do is to change the "shorts/" to "watch?v=" but there is no need to do that for every video.
(For example:
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Rn_DffYA_vM
Is a YouTube shorts link.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rn_DffYA_vM
Is the same video but as normal YouTube video and not shorts.
They both have the same ID, "Rn_DffYA_vM").
(I just picked a random video I found, but if you want the full video [because this is a shorts video and people usually don't tell from whom they took the source],

I highly recommend this to every person who is using PC and doesn't want to keep dealing with the bad UI of YouTube shorts. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por effgo, hace 3 añosEdit 2026: It sure works now! :) Now, I wil PAY YOU if you devise a global youtube shorts blocker for kid smartphones! ;) Simply doesn't work for me at all, on neither of my 2 computers.
