Best youtube extension on the market

Super well made and thought out extension that is almost perfect.

Does most things I want, like redirecting youtube to subscription page, disabling comments, shorts, explore, trending & home pages, mixes and much more.

However, crucially for me, it does miss out on the option to hide recommended videos below the video.

I've been using control panel for youtube extension which is great but lacks the ease of use this extension has.

The organised settings page, search bar and ability to import/export settings are especially considerate and are something that control panel for youtube lacks.

Some other unique features I appreciated were the compact left sidebar for the subscriptions page, which is functional and looks good while saving space. And the search result grid option is way better for viewing many results at once.

Some other things I would like to see is the option to disable the latest/most relevant section in the subscriptions page, hiding movies from search results but other than these, this extension is excellent.

Love that it's free and open source with no annoying freemium model.

If it gets some of those features I talked about I would love to fully switch over to just this extension. However, since I like some of the unique features so much, I think I will run both, albeit with a slight hit to performance.

Honestly, if dev could just clone the toggles of control panel and keep their unique strengths, this would be a killer extension.

The only thing that would take it to 6 starts would be screen grab to thumbnail conversation (Database already exist FYI)

Holy cow best youtube extension I've ever used. Pedro you madman you did it. You've made all other youtube plugins obsolete

ok glazing aside - this actually just works and it has features I didn't know I needed, like auto pausing the video when another one loads (and auto resume). I have had several youtube tweaks installed in the past and this one just makes them all obsolete. So glad I finally found this

Found this extension from someone on reddit, and god bless that person. This is everything you could ask for from enhancer for youtube. But enhancer doesn't bring in more features it just sticks to its same old formula.

This one on the other hand just does everything right. God bless the devs asw.

For some reason this just straight up doesn't work for me. Tried to hide watched videos, shorts and mixes on youtube homepage but it just didn't work, there was no change and I have no clue why.

I love this extension so far! The settings UI is clean and easy to navigate. Not to mention, the settings themselves cover a wide range of features while having a high level of customisation.

The only thing that is really missing is that it can't natively convert short video's into long forms or add back the dislike button. Other than that, I think it is just about perfect.

Brilliant extension that radically improves the youtube experience. Request: Segment the video player progress bar based on the chapters, the way youtube used to do until they removed this feature

Possibly the most feature-rich extension you can think of to fix Youtube's incredibly awful and rage-inducing design and functionality choices

Any chance we could get a hide toggle for Youtube Playables on the homepage?

I'd rate it higher only I can't remove the "Latest"/"most relevant" sections. If the next update can solve this, it's essentially perfect as an add-on

Great extension. recent youtube update has massively increased the size of thumbnails for suggested videos in the sidebar. any chance of including an option to make them smaller? I cannot seem to find it if there is one.
