Five Stars till update 1.1. - Since that add-on doesn't work anymore :(
To reply on your comment: My OS is Windows 11 Pro 25H2 Updated the add-on to version 1.1.1 Cookie Remover Popup says "All cookies & site storage purged for: cnn.com" but all 14 cookies that where present before are still there.
After the 1.1.2 update, it deletes cookies—though not all of them.
