This extension used to be quite good. It was very helpful in determining whether a site or a user was safe to be openly trans on, but recently it has taken a nosedive. Trans friendly blogs are repeatedly being marked as anti trans simply because the person running said blog is either intersex, a sex worker, or trans masc. This is an issue that has been brought up numerous times, and yet nothing has been fixed.

I don't recommend using this extension.
