No matter what I try, I cannot get this to work. It shows in mobile and shows the options for video and audio as intended, but when I press download, it only says reset.

The app won’t work on my phone. I’ve reinstalled it multiple times, but the problem persists. Whenever I tap the button, the screen instantly shows "reset", regardless of the video style I choose.
