Except, of course, to nefariously sell your data to third parties.Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 14 joursThe "browsingActivity" permission is exclusively used to transmit your user presence on Twitch/Kick, so that your cosmetics show up in chat. This has always been the case in all our extensions, but the consent screen is part of a newer Firefox initiative: https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2025/10/23/data-collection-consent-changes-for-new-firefox-extensions/
We have contacted Mozilla to see if there is anything we can do to make it clear we only transmit user presence on Twitch/Kick and nothing else. - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 19020514 de Firefox, il y a 20 joursGo collect data somewhere else

I have to click the search bar, not sure why they changed that or how its better, when I open the 7tv menu of course I am going to be searching for emotes. Buttons moved for no reason, also random emotes are blurred and the setting to change this are not easily found. Why can I not find the setting when I type "blur" in the settings search bar? That would make so much more sense, instead I have to some how know its because 7tv all the sudden decided to blur unlisted emotes and "unlisted" is the search term I have to use to find that setting. Just went back to the old version
update: now I can automatically start typing in the search emote bar when opening the 7tv panel - Noté 1 sur 5par ee, il y a un moisnew version is requesting all browsing activity, no context has been added by the devs at the time of writing

mis en ligne : il y a un mois"Browsing Activity" is required by all our extensions, this is needed to send user presence to make your cosmetics work. The new pop-up is part of a Mozilla initiative: https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2025/10/23/data-collection-consent-changes-for-new-firefox-extensions/ - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 19944625 de Firefox, il y a un mois

mis en ligne : il y a un moisA way to import your old settings into this new extension is currently being worked on. - Noté 1 sur 5par Miaow Minx, il y a un moisI started using it because they broke the excellent stable existing version, but dislike the interface changes, especially the lack of an option to use Light Mode and its failure to carry over my list of favorite emotes. I'll be switching to BTTV or FFZ until either this one is improved or the old one is fixed.

mis en ligne : il y a un moisTwitch pushed an update that broke our other stable and nightly extensions. We did not break them intentionally. Support for Light Mode and a way to transfer all your favorite emotes and settings is being worked on. - Noté 1 sur 5par Heirani, il y a un mois

- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 17957806 de Firefox, il y a un moisSince this update/release, it has completely broken the ability to delete your own messages as a head moderator. It also made the chat experience much worse by highlighting the highlight message redeem with purple background, and highlighting every mod message with a green outline. I will revise my review and rating if these issues are fixed.
