    Hi JKim! "Can't parse link" on the very first try — not the best first impression, we know. That error is fixed in version 24.1. Update the extension and it should parse YouTube links properly. Give it one more shot! 😊

    It would have been four stars, except I keep being nagged to leave a fucking review after every download. Right now, it's 2. If it ends up as a one-star, it's because the message doesn't go away.

    Edit: Uninstalling. Fuck you.

    Hi! We completely hear you — the persistent review prompts were way too aggressive and we're genuinely sorry about that. We've toned this down significantly in version 24.1. If you ever change your mind about reinstalling, we promise it'll be a much less annoying experience! 😊

    Hi viking9au! Poor resolution on downloads and only working once — that's not the experience we want you to have. Version 24.1 improves both reliability and resolution options. Please update and give it another go. If it's improved, we'd love an updated review! 🙏

    Downloaded a file, loaded it onto a USB stick, and played it on my parents DVD player (which is not connected to the internet!). Not sure what the recent one star review claiming the extension merely streamed the video was on about! That certainly wasn't my experience.

    Quite simply, it lies about what it's doing. Try playing one of its video files without an internet connection and it makes the issue obvious. The only thing this is doing is creating a file that will enable you to stream the video from where it is hosted. If the host moves or deletes the file? Useless. If the host modifies the file? You lose access to the older copy you thought you had.

    This level of misrepresentation should be taken as active deception.

    Hi! This is valid technical feedback and we appreciate the detailed explanation. Version 24.1 improves how files are saved so they work properly offline. Please try with 24.1 — play the downloaded file without internet and see if it works. We'd genuinely like to address this concern. 🙏

    downloads wrong language (spanish?) on many videos. UPDATE now this extension causes FF to use 50% CPU and 2GB-3GB memory! I need to disable it to watch youtube videos.
