    To be honest, I got a 3rd party program to do this type of thing now, works better. Just look into it for yourself if you've gone this far.

    Hey! We get it — if something else was working when this wasn't, it makes sense to switch. But version 24.1 is now out and we've sorted the download issues. If you ever want to give it another try, we'd welcome the chance to win you back! 😊

    Downloading shorts seems impossible. If you click the add-on it displays different download options but the file size is too small, so when opening them the video player doesn't do anything.

    Normal Videos via the button besides the Videotitle works fine.

    I very much appreciate your efforts. Is there a way to download only the English version of a particular You-Tube video? The download button (on my computer, at least) can present a dozen options for the same video - without any indication of the language spoken. Any help would be appreciated.

    It gets slightly broken if you're going through a playlist on the site. Starts showing phantom buttons duplicating horizontally from left to right as you go through the playlist. One must simply refresh the page to remedy this issue, but still something to work on.

    At first, it worked fine. But then a problem appeared where YouTube would freeze completely and only by closing the tab it would be fixed. It took me a while to connect the dots and at first I tried disabling the add-on and try watching a YouTube video again and voila! YouTube no longer freezes, period. I am gonna look for something else. Hope this review helps someone who has the same problem.

    Hi! YouTube freezing is a serious issue and we're glad you figured out the cause. That memory/performance bug is fixed in version 24.1 — it should no longer interfere with YouTube playback. If you'd like to give it another chance, we'd really appreciate it! 🙏

    It does not work to download mp3 even with PRO version. The external application does not work neither.

    Hi mar328! MP3 not working even with the PRO version and external app is a serious issue. Version 24.1 addresses the MP3 download functionality. Please update and the MP3 option should work properly without needing any external application. If it works, we'd love an updated review! 😊

    Hey! MP3 downloads are actually supported in version 24.1 — the option should now show up in the download menu. Update and give it a try! 😊

    It works but my only issue is that there is nothing to indicate that it is downloading.
    At least on my end. So I press the "button" and eventually it shows it downloaded.
