    However, the add-on works great.

    * It sends HTTP requests every three seconds.
    * It puts a strain on the CPU, especially on my laptop, resulting in much worse battery life.

    I have no idea how it could be improved, but I had to disable it.

    When using CCleaner, the settings are initialized.
    Where are the settings stored?
    I can't find IP Geolocator's UUID folder under "~\Profiles\xxxx\storage\default".

    The settings are stored in the LocalStorage of the extension.
