NordVPN has really good customer service. That's one of the reasons I'm a customer of theirs.

The Firefox extension is pretty much bug-free and has enough features to suit the way I use my browser. It's also not a drag on my browser response. All in all, it's a great little gadget.

I want to start out by saying that if you have been shopping VPNs and you have looked at what Nord offers and are aware of what it offers and its strengths and weaknesses as a VPN are then that is excluded from the rest of what I'll be talking about.

For an extension, this works exactly as I want it too. Auto connect on, split tunneling, the works. It isn't slow, and it isn't killing the bank, so its great as an extension. Even the add blocker is pretty great, not as great as other extensions but it is a nice add on.

Basically, if you take the time with this extension it is great.

Again, I'm not reviewing the VPN service (although I do like it as well). This is strictly the extension I am reviewing.

Have been using this browser extension om my PC and Android phone for over a year and have no issues to complain about. Besides doing what it is suppose to, there are no negative side effects of using it. Obviously, there is no such thing as the 'perfect' VPN. However, this app is updated on a fairly regular basis, showing that it is constantly being improved. I will certainly recommend.

TERRIBLE VPN. Cannot view my local websites because they recognize it as a VPN and do not allow VPN traffic. Cannot sign into Netflix with it on because it is recognized and not allowed.
What's the point of a VPN if you have to turn it off to use the internet? PS: I cleared my cache yesterday, so nice try blaming it on my browser.

Much to my surprise, this actually works and works well. Split tunneling (disable VPN by domain) is working. If you are a NordVPN client, I recommend this extension.

Nord is the best VPN I've used to date. Its Threat Protection is great too — very well rounded service.

It's OK as extension, but in the desktop version is more robust and surely much more secure since the "kill switch" runs all the time in the background as a service of the system. Thus... in case of any interruption or break of the VPN then instantly internet connection is cut-off. No way for your real IP to be exposed. Obviously it is a paid VPN because nothing real good is for free.
