    Keeps on randomly loosing credentials on all the environments : ios, android and the firefox extension. I have a 3 years subscription and I can't really use it. I went back to Windscribe who is much cheaper and no problems of this kind. It is a pitty because the net speed provided by Nord VPN is very good. I will come back when you solve this problem. I will not take another subscription to your service

    Of all the VPN services, this is the most disgusting! The support team is full of money-hungry geeks! They don't want to return the money! I wrote a hundred times that their add-on doesn't work, constantly requires authorization, crashes, they don't care! Don't buy this shit!

    While it works it's great, however most of the time after logging in I'm unable to change servers when one of them becomes slow leaving me with only the quick connect to the server I used last.

    Doesn't work with my DNS-over-HTTPS service. When I enable it, I get a error that Firefox cannot find the proxy server. So this does nothing useful.

    Hello. All of the DNS queries are going through our server, meaning, all of them are encrypted and you’re being assigned a DNS address of one of our server while connected to it. That being said, there is nothing you’d need to do in addition in order to secure your DNS requests.

    Every single time I update my Firefox App, which is every night (I use Firefox Nightly), this add-on decides to log out and I have to re-login using my password manager each time. So infuriating. Nord, FIX YOUR APPS please!

    Pretty buggy. Get logged out, or not able to log in, or it just keeps searching for servers, or just stops responding altogether. Needs work. Less ads, more devs!

    The app works some of the time, then it goes buggy on me and then disconnects. I try to logon, and it asks me for my u.n. and pw again, and continually disconnects after I try to logon again. other times I logon, and it stays that way until the day is done.
