par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13725588 de Firefox, il y a 3 ansIt worked pretty well with a single okta instance. But I now have multiple okta instances, and first of all, I can't figure out a way to switch between the instances using the keyboard, so I have to reach over for my mouse. And when I navigate to one of the domains for an okta instance, it changes the currently selected instance in the plugin to match. And selecting a profile in the plugin doesn't just change the plugin's selected profile, it navigates you to the okta webpage for that instance, which isn't the best user experience.
Basically, the experience with multiple okta instances/domains is clunky and awkward.

- Noté 2 sur 5par ShroudedNight, il y a un anSignificant hindrances to usability:
1. Seemingly oblivious to container tabs - all shortcuts open in the default container, despite not even having an authenticated session present there.
2. Does not appear to provide any kind of unification for single-sign-on. Again shortcuts opened into the default container, then required me to re-enter my password as there was no existing authenticated session. It also did not bridge or forward the authorization captured by the extension from a different container.
3. Supposed keyboard shortcut conflicts with a bookmark menu shortcut and does not work.
Ultimately, I'm not sure what this provides beyond a 'cute' mirror of the Okta dashboard... - Noté 5 sur 5par Steven Ennis, il y a un an

- Noté 3 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 18145713 de Firefox, il y a 2 ansI like the convenience of this app but everything opens in a new tab. By the end of a day I end up with millions of tabs. I would like an option to make it open in the current tab.

- Noté 1 sur 5par samdunham, il y a 3 ansOkta deprecated the PIN functionality in September. It's currently October. And the Firefox plugin still asks for a PIN when you attempt to log in. So basically, Okta is useless in Firefox at the moment.
