Does not work anymore since FF v110.
The original Keepass Helper addon was better.
Here, the url does show in the title bar only when tab has finished loading... Could you please display it at the very start ?
Also, if we drag and drop the URL to Windows Explorer, the url is embedded in the file name... not good!
One last thing : it will be good to implement an option to not show the protocol if wanted (i.e. "www.google.com" instead of "https://www.google.com")

Firefox add-ons are disabled for addons.mozilla.org by a limitation from the browser itself. As for offer.ebay.com, for me it is a redirection to another page where the URL does get embed in the title bar.

If this doesn't work for you, please open a bug at https://github.com/cloutierjo/titleUrl/issues and we can work out why it is not working in your case.
