As of now, May 2026, this extension never fails to download video (usually MP4) or audio (MP3) from YT. Some copyright guarded links are not downloaded but there is an infobox shown, so this isn't a technical issue. Great extension, worth the price!

lets you download everywhere as many times as you like. except for youtube

Used to work really well, perfectly enough that i bought a key, but no longer sees videos on youtube. when it does its only 360p and fails to download.
