    This add-on has helped me to change my browsing habits over the past years. Now I've quitted social medias, addictive news websites, and I have a much more sane use of Firefox (even if I still use it too much! wikipedia.org I'm looking at you! :D).

    It actually works as an indicator of whether or not I have been on task; I don't waste nearly as much time on social media as I do on traditional media or (gulp) email. Easy insight into my own time management.
