I use many VPN systems, but in my opinion Hide My IP VPN is the best. Most other vpns charge a monthly fee, but Hide's My IP has the option of free use. Always excellent ping and different IP addresses. The big plus is also a great interface, very simple, for an inexperienced user it will not be difficult to use at all.
