A lot of conflicts in connection with VPN, just horrible. I use the app as an expat, but it's gambling with 20 % chance to succeed. And it'S not a key problem of the add on in Firefox but the app itself. To make it work ( sometimes) I have always to turn down my North VPN, restart the computer and hope. Connection a Belgian service like retirement works usually a first time but connecting a foreign service via this app/ card reader is like a 10% chance of success. Everything works incl recognizing the card reader, the ID Card,.... but login fails !. And that means restart everything from beginning. All WIn11 Test on my computer tell me that everything is ok, but the connection fails, , I'm not asked for the pin. I have this problem on 2 different desktops (Win11, Win 10) and one laptop (WIn11) now for over 2 years. Extremely frustrating

Une fois qu'il est installé la première fois sous Windows, c'est efficace avec Chrome, Edge et Firefox mais au changement de carte d'identité, c'est là que ça part en sucette.
Sans suppression de viewer et du middelware, c'est nada dans les 3. Après suppression profonde et réinstallation, ç'est OK en Edge et Chrome mais schnoll en Firefox tout simplement parce-que Firefox ne remplace pas le certificat iamfas dans ses paramètres mais garde celui de l'ancienne carte. Il faut le remplacer manuellement.
2 semaines d'échanges avec le helpdesk BOSA pour recevoir des suggestions basiques et inutiles. Finalement, j'ai du jouer le helpdesk pour le helpdesk... dont je n'ai plus eu de nouvelles. De rien, you're welcome... Et bonne chance à ceux qui ne se débrouillent pas avec le paramètrage....

Once used it, but doesn't function any longer in more recent Firefox versions (e.g. Mozilla Firefox 113.0.1 - on Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS), whilst eid does work in e.g. Google Chrome. So, middle ware, driver etc okay. When you leave this add-on activated randomly in recent Firefox versions, it causes an annoying popup each time you open the browser. Would have given it more stars before, but not any longer, alas (and alas there don't seem to be any alternatives available). That said, I understand programming sth like this is not easy as the Belgian eid concept in itself is quite a mess. At least, a challenge.. -- P.S.: doesn't work either when I shut off WebRTC (enable), ABP (disable), 'cookie monsters' (disable) and what not ,P.

Fonctionne irrégulièrement. Aujourd'hui je n'ai eu la connexion qy'au 3ième essai. Que faire en cas d'urgence? Insuffisant en tous cas compte tenu qu'actuellement, tout se digitalise.

Werkt meer niet dan wel.
