Better Roo replaces Deliveroo's restaurant listing with a faster, smarter version — giving you information Deliveroo doesn't.

🧪 FSA Hygiene Ratings
Every restaurant card shows its Food Standards Agency hygiene score, colour-coded from green (5/5) to red (0–1). Hover the badge to see when it was last issued. Ratings are fetched automatically in the background so you don't have to do anything.

📍 Ghost Kitchen Detection
Some listings are virtual brands — different names, same kitchen. Better Roo detects when restaurants share a physical address and flags them with a Shared Address badge. Hover to see which restaurants are co-located.

🃏 Custom Card Grid
Deliveroo's listing is replaced with a clean, lightweight grid. Sort by rating, ETA, delivery fee, FSA score, distance, or name. Filter by any combination — non-matching restaurants are hidden and the grid reflows. Column count is adjustable from 2 to 5. On repeat visits, cards appear instantly from a local cache with fresh data loaded silently in the background.

📋 Table View
Prefer a list? Switch to a compact sortable table showing all restaurants with FSA score, rating, ETA, fee, distance, and shared address status at a glance. Click any column to sort.

📌 Pin to Top
Pin your favourite restaurants to the top of the listing in both card and table view. Pins are saved between visits.

🔍 Auto-Scan
Better Roo automatically fetches FSA ratings and addresses for every restaurant on the listing in the background, so badges are populated without you having to open each menu.

🔒 Your data stays on your device
No servers. No accounts. No analytics. Everything is stored locally in your browser. The only external requests made are to the UK Food Standards Agency's public API to fetch hygiene ratings, and to Deliveroo as you browse normally. Nothing is ever sent to us.
