For issue 3, check under Options > Appearance > Hide comments (maybe you enabled it by inadvertence)
For issue 4, not tested but it must be due to how Firefox loads extensions on restart.

the only bug I experience (very rare usecase I believe), steps:
• open live stream
• set speed to above 1 (x1.5 e.g.) via Enhancer speed button + mousewheel button hovered above
• press '0' @ numpad so the video starts from the very beginning
result:

- Wurdearring: 5 fan 5troch Firefox-brûker 15252488, 25 dagen lynAs of a couple weeks ago, embedded videos don't play and give an error "Playback on this device is not supported". Happens about 60-70% of the time. Turning off the add-on instantly fixes the issue.
Will update review after it's fixed.
Edit: Seems fixed! Updating to 5*, great features all around.
