Like everything apple designs, a real piece of s**t - only partially usable. Popup will never go away and consistently blocks the password field for any site where there isn't a saved password. Continues to baffle me how bad the engineering and design team is at this joke of a company.

as soon as this plugin is activated, the Firefox native Password Manager is not working any more, i.e. stops suggesting saved credential in the corresponding form fields (only the Apple Password Plugin suggestions appear). on MacOS 26

WINDOWS: Você precisa ter o icloud instalado no PC para conseguir rodar. Funciona sim no firefox. Não sei por que esse aviso aparece quando você tenta logar sem ter o icloud instalado. Se a descrição tivesse uma explicação um pouquinho melhor essa extensão não seria tão mal avaliada...

overall great, but the plugin does make websites like Google Translate extremely slow.

Very handy, i use Firefox as backup browser after Safari and this is useful!

There isn't any point in having this on the Firefox add-ons site if you can't even use it.

recently, the extension stopped working, it just doesn't substitute the password

when apple attempts to herd people away from the things they love, they become an enemy of the FOSS movement. I would rather lose every Apple device and product rather than stop using Firefox. icloud passwords isn't supported on Firefox? Well then it just became another Apple thing that I wont touch.

Add-on explicitly states it does not work for Firefox

Even though I have excluded saving passwords for certain websites (as listed in the passwords app and adhered to properly in Safari), this extension still (a) asks every time whether to save the password and (b) never gives the option "never for this website". I have attempted to "resync" the extension (both by turning it off and back on, and by deleting and reinstalling) to no avail. Thoroughly disappointing.

it's janky

The only drawback, it see way to much fields as a password field making it impossible to use search fields. And you can't click away the sugested passwords.
Why not a little button next to the form field? Then i can click it to fill out a password.

Shameless artificial incompatibility. it requires you to "enable" autofill with a code every new instance, instead of just once, without any sort of setting or choice to not require that. Also is terribly buggy and will occasionally freeze your entire session. Constantly suggests "Open with safari instead" desperately trying to keep you in their ecosystem. I cannot choose which features on my macbook that I use or don't use because big brother apple will only allow me to use their password manager if I bow down and never deviate from their walled garden.
