I'm very concerned about privacy with this extension. As an example of what they collect (from their privacy policy).
Usage information (such as the date and time of visits, pages viewed, links to/from any page, and time spent in a session)
Device information (such as your internet protocol (IP) address, Internet service provider, operating system, computer model, language settings and CPU details, referrer URL, time zone information, data volume transferred, access status/ HTTP status code, and web browser type).
Inference Information about your usage of LanguageTool (such as whether you are a frequent document uploader or user of a particular feature). Location information (approximated, based on your IP address).

Almost none of this has anything to do with helping to check spelling and grammar and it goes way beyond what anyone should be willing to share to any company, let alone an extension.

It's a super useful tool, with good suggestions and straightforward to use. It's great that LT is opensource and has a decent privacy policy, especially with the premium account, which is worth every penny. LT also works with many Linux programs, like Libreoffice, making it a versatile grammar checker.

It works fine and help very well.

Bon correcteur d'orthographe, pas le meilleur, je dois parfois corriger moi-même les fautes, car il me propose des mots où des noms mal orthographier, comme le barrages de Vouglans proposé "Voglans", ou alors j'écris "les fautes", il propose "faute" sans "s",il est un peu perfectible par moments, mais dans l'ensemble très utile, il devrait être intégré à Firefox par défaut tellement il est utile, surtout lorsque l'on voit les jeunes écrire des commentaires avec des fautes énormes sur YouTube, X, et autres réseaux. Il propose une version Premium qui est inutile, sauf si vous voulez devenir écrivain. J'enlève 2 étoiles car il n'est pas parfait.
