When you navigate to the nested URL which Firefox cannot access (e.g. connection refused), the extension stops working. Clicking on it does nothing. E.g.

https server dot com / path /

In a perfect world, the extension should allow me to navigate to https server dot com /

Change the “Navigate Up WE” icon to Firefox standard “Forward” button.
