Macht was es soll. Auch auf diversen anderen Seiten neben Youtube. Allerdings ist bei manchen Websites nicht ersichtlich ob es sich bei der Datei die man herunterladen möchte um Audio oder Video Material handelt. Oft lädt man eine Datei die dann keinen Ton hat, oder eine Datei die nur Ton ist, aber keinen Videoinhalt hat. Hier sollte noch nachgebessert werden.

Addon has issues with HSL stream. Sometimes i need to reset download few times due to empty segment near the end. When reset it doesn't use already downloaded segments but redownload everything which takes time and can again end with failure. The same HSL streams Chrome with other addon swallows without issue. Other kinds of streams works OK so can't set totally negative rate.

Par contre, affiche un message sibyllin "Native application absente" mais comme le site ne fonctionne pas il est difficile de trouver les information.
Un fois qu'on a trouvé cette "Native application" qu'il faut installer à part, on ne sait pas ce qu'elle est fait.

This has always been a great addon, but over the passed few months it would randomly throw a "output file is missing or empty" error when downloading YT videos. However, the last week I haven't been able to download a single video. I've updated the native app as-well.

So, even though I know it's not the app and probably YT that's changed something, downloading doesn't work at all anymore.

I like how compatible it is with so many web pages. It seems to almost always get the video out. But a BIG problem and which can not find others complaining on, is that in every single video that I download, there are audio gaps every x seconds, but the AV stays in sync. When played in Chromium browsers, no gaps, but the A/V gets progressively out of sync. I'd like to share video's that I suspect will be deleted later, with friends, but not with audio gaps or AV desync. Anyone know a solution?
Anyone else: Please tell me I am not the only one.
Developers: Have you heard about this issue before?

No sirve para descargar Netflix, HBO, Filmin... ni nada de eso. No te los coge o si los coge se ve pantallazo verde.

Was working fantastic till the lastest FF update. now I need to disable it, or else can't do anything

It seems like that has memory leak problem on the firefox 100.

After I upgraded ff to latest version, I've found that memory usage always become to 100% in 3 min when startup.

And through some check, I think that is caused by Ant Video Downloader.

Please check this issue!

Once it used to be a great app. Now it's kinda crap. Uninstalling or resetting it helps only for a while. The moment I enter a site with loads of vids the app inflates RAM to 20GBs and more.
Devs, revert it to the state when it was faultless!

It worked very well up until a few weeks ago. Now any video I try to download, I always get the same error: "Status:Failed Extension request doesn't contain required field media/descritptor" Any Ideas? Already tried reset

In past are the best addon, but now i dont know what happen, download too slow, i have 600 Mbps of connection and only reach 50 Kbps, for download 1 video of 30 minutes need 40 minutes, you can solve this problem?

Works great for downloading most videos.
Gave only 3 stars because of the annoying tab "Ant.com" that pops up now and then after the add-in is upgraded and when you restart Firefox. I wish I could turn that off!

good not bad

Worked fine till about 2 weeks ago when firefox updated. Then pushing the icon, appeared as pushed, showing the place where the window should open but nothing appear. I removed addon and reinstalled, I even removed entirely Mozilla Firefox and cleanup profiles folders. The result was to work for another day. Too bad, it was a good program.
