I have been using Video DownloadHelper for several years now and have found it to be an excellent tool. It is surely one of the most reliable I have encountered. Although I have seldom needed technical help over the years, when I have been in need (usually due to some change on a particular website), I have found the folks supporting this software to be helpful and responsive in a friendly and expeditious manner. I am very happy with this product.
