Habe Wot seit 10 Jahren genutzt, früher war es erstaunlich gut und habe jetzt durch das neue Update den Rücken gekehrt. Ich bereue nichts und bin froh das ich davon weggekommen bin. Die einzige Möglichkeit, die Bewertungen jetzt zu sehen, ist auf der Website. Für mich hat dieses Addon kein nutzen und besuche lieber https://www.virustotal.com/gui/ oder https://www.urlvoid.com/

I've been using Wot for 10 years, it used to be amazingly good and now I've turned my back with the new update. I don't regret anything and I'm glad that I got away from it. The only way to see the reviews now is on the website. This addon has no use for me and I prefer to visit https://www.virustotal.com/gui/ or https://www.urlvoid.com/

WOT is the same extension and service it always was, just with many new upgrades and improvements and we're glad to update you that you can now rate and review websites from the extension pop-up 🙂

    This has not been updated in over a year. About 15 months. 2024 vs 2026 A lot has happened in browser technology in the last year.

    I narrowed down super slow response times to this addon. I have other things and this is the only one slowing it down. From nearly instant responses to 8+ seconds. 8 seconds is a long time. I believe it was at least 30 seconds when I started trying to narrow down the issue. Yes even for a simple site.

    I am switching over to Eset which offers more than simple a site review (NOT that I want WOT to offer more. Focus on the thing you CAN be good at).

    I must say that I really like that with WOT you the user can also issue reviews and star ratings. Especially given that they often differ from the WOT's assessment.

    If you didn't take forever to load I'd prefer you over most.

    Yes, I removed a ALL extensions when testing for the poor performer. So, no, its not just a conflict between extensions.
