It would be a 5/5 extension, but sadly manually fast-forwarding the video via mouse click disables the custom speed. You have to refresh the page to get it to work again.

I don't understand why there is no custom shortcut, it's unusable without them.
The default youtube shortcuts don't work on azerty keyboard.
