I just pushed a fix where it should be able to autodetect organization ID now. You can go to your settings and copy the organization ID manually as a fallback, but you shouldn't have to. It should tell you if it's having trouble finding it. This information is stored locally on your device and never sent anywhere else and the code is open source so you can check yourself if you have concerns.
