Bad optimization and the fact that the settings don't really work at all, I'd have to manually fiddle all the pages I visit if I wanted this app to work like it's supposed to work. Kinda big job to do that on mobile device, just gonna uninstall this and waiting for the day team Mozilla bakes a dark mode themselves in Firefox OR gives us more addon options like on desktop version.

- I've used Dark Reader for YEARS but I'm finally throwing in the towel. At least on Firefox, this extension will lag your browser to death. I spent a whole week trying to trial and error what extensions were causing such huge memory usage issues and constantly causing sites to lag. I figured it was something like ublock, canvas blocker, or chrome mask. Nope. Everything lead back to Dark Reader.
This extension has helped with my eye-strain issues so much. I seriously hate to get rid of it but I can no longer look over the performance issues. Please, figure out a way to make this extension lighter or at least a stripped back version. I would love to come back and write a nicer review. For now, I will be using Stylus and simply grabbing user dark themes where I can. - 5 段階中 5 の評価Firefox ユーザー 20186780 によるレビュー (1日前)

- Rating 5 stars because this feature is invaluable, and I've been happy to donate to the extension's development. This extension made giant strides since a few years ago; I almost don't need to disable it to unbreak sites. The performance could have been better, though.
