firefox浏览器装了这个插件后，导致有些网页弹出的窗口会出现跨域问题无法访问，edge却不会。

确实是用过最好的浏览器翻译插件了，直接调用微软机器翻译效果就很好，而且支持自定义OpenAI兼容api更是直接兼容了几乎所有自托管模型，用起来就一个字，舒服 :)

1，越改越差，更新后翻译本地字幕里导出双语字幕的字幕2条变成1条了，负优化，需要修改字幕的时间轴工作量翻倍，不仅要改中文还要改英语，给个开关或者改回来
