Firefox ユーザー 14587546 によるレビュー (4年前)Very nice, would love to have a stop button on the control bar instead of depending on a shortcut, also a way to toggle DASH playback to fully buffer a video or a similar option
Edit: I guess I wasn't clear, when I said stop button, I didn't mean to simply pause a video, but to completely stop it from loading it, leaving it only with the thumbnail. While there is a shortcut that can be used thanks to the extension, the option to add it as a button on the control bar would be appreciated as well

Just wrote the long answer for you here: https://github.com/code4charity/YouTube-Extension/issues/581#issuecomment-1014280878 --- Please keep in mind it can be so frustrating, if not wrong to pressure us based on the one feature you grew fond of years ago, which we have not, which might be for a good reason. You might want to give 5 stars to support the cause rather than making it seem impossible for us to get 5 stars and get anywhere near as much visiblity as our work deserves. ----Browser extensions are unfortunately supposed/presented to be small/single-purpose. We still are avidly providing a 100 of the most wished and requested features without 100 times more success than easy extensions. This is many times more teditious than making our own site which would be fun/need no maintenance. We are volunteers. Youtube has a billion times more money than us. Many smiles!

- So, I installed this for the sole purpose of having Youtube playlists in reverse order but this is not working
There are quite a few features that are interesting but this extension causes some bugs as well. All videos start and then go back to the beginning after one second or so
The tweaks that work are great but if the page load is heavy and the features I'm most interested in don't work I cannot justify using this extension開発者の返信
投稿日時: 6日前hi, youtube's DOM >1mb and video are heavy on old hardware. The extension is generally lightweight and will be optimized further and updated regularly. That 'bug' may was a workaround with a feature (Autoplay off) that was better for that feature than failing and improved in the latest version. Still users may not enable too many features to remember all at once. And we may add extra clues / statistics for any workarounds eventually. - 1. When hiding the home feed/page, the top buttons still stay visible.
2. There should be a way to jump to the last/latest video watched in a playlist without removing videos.
3. Please add an option to restore the old YouTube look (old player, thumbnails, square icons, etc.).
4. The delete videos button works, but it also opens the 3-dot context menu at the same time.
5. The remove videos slider only appears in Watch Later playlists, not other playlists. - Used to be good in the past. Now not so much. While there are a lot of great options i consider a must have, sadly it makes youtube tabs extremely heavy and also near unusable. The YT interface becomes laggy and tabs freeze constantly.
Worse is that it happens on both Chrome and Firefox on two different PC's. (even worse is that performance issues have been present for a long time now, they just got worse and worse over time with each update)
Since the last update, i can't even open the settings anymore, it just says "asking your browser what settings you made here before" (on the FF PC) so i can't even export my settings (or more importantly, the watched list) anymore.
Sadly all of that means that the addon is unusable and simply does not work as intended anymore.
I hope it will improve at some point, but for now i can do nothing but to remove the addon for good, from all my devices.開発者の返信

Please make a bug report, including any errors you might see with F12.
Please avoid wrong reviews.
Please be precise - possibly it is slow with one specific option enabled? (1 in 300)

- While the features this addon provides are great, I am unable to use any of them because every time I attempt to install this extension, my computer becomes unusably laggy regardless of whether youtube is active or not. My computer gets so laggy that youtube videos are no longer able to play. Am not sure if this is an issue on my end or on the developer's end but this extension is completely unusable for me.

The built-in manager shows a load of 100% or even 200+%. When the add-on is disabled and the page is reopened, everything returns to normal.

- 5 段階中 5 の評価nightmareci によるレビュー (3ヶ月前)The fit-to-window feature is mostly what I wanted, and it works properly. I wanted it to hide the recommendations column completely as I find those distracting, while having the video as large as possible without fullscreening the browser.
