Player size and annotation disable works, VIDEO QUALITY SETTINGS DO NOT. Change the name from "YouTube High Definition" to "this app doens't set YT quality, so don't bother".

    As of Jun 30, 2026 Add-on is NON-FUNCTIONAL.

    The « YouTube Auto HD + FPS » Add-on is currently Functional and has Many More Features, I suggest that Add-on instead.

    Just doesn't work. Not on shorts or full videos, quality still rubbish and defaulting to auto or low despite decent internet and using this extension with all permissions allowed.

    For some reason it keeps switching to normal mode instead of theater, even when I ask it to stay in theater mode. Other than that, pretty great!
