I wanted to look up the video 'I will be' from the creator ozumiiwizard...
I searched for 'ozu I will be', and it showed me some stupid mix first and didn't give me the video by itself.
Ok, maybe YT is dumb, so I'll disable it from showing playlists in search.
It now no longer shows me ANYTHING related to the song.
I tried it in a private window, just to see if it's the extension or not... IT IS THE EXTENSION that actively filtered out the video I was searching for.
It's possible that it did it several times in the past while I was searching for a video I remembered and wanted to rewatch, but I can't know in all honesty.

Its supposed to hide Shorts when searching. THE ONLY THING THAT SHOWS UP IN SEARCH ARE SHORTS, not one single regular video. And don't tell me it's a conflicting plugin, I went so far as to delete every other one I had, and reset the system, to try and troubleshoot the issue.

This extension is supposed to help with that, but unfortunately I cannot tell whether it does anything at all, as the shorts are still there. I did check it at the filter settings of the extension and also clicked F5 to reset youtube. I would like to know how to get it to work.

投稿日時: 4ヶ月前I apologize for the confusion, but this extension is design to work on the search results page, as mentioned in the name and in the feature list. If you click on the card list toggle, the horizontal list of shorts and cards get removed from the search results feed.
