As far as I understand, it depends on other users' feedback to work properly on each video but so far it has always worked just fine for me.

We are currently experiencing a mass spam attack, we are restricting submissions for now
I have tried dozens of time, but continue to get this. Please give to someone that knows what they are doing and can provide a service to the community.개발자 답글
19분 전에 게시됨Sometimes we have to limit submissions from new users for some periods of time due to attacks. Thankfully, we have a big enough userbase that there are enough existing users that everything mostly still gets submissions during these times
