I ran the add-on for the first time. In 2 hours it checked 5351 links out of 5354. Then another 1.5 hours passed and nothing changed. It is impossible to understand what is happening: no log is displayed. It is also impossible to understand what to do next: should I wait or delete the add-on? It is also inconvenient that it is impossible to stop the link scanning process. But most importantly, how do I stop or end it all? And then start it again and wait for another 2 hours?

An option to stop the process is not needed. If it doesn't progress for hours, it's obvious that something has gone wrong and that it's not normal. In this case, I don't understand why you didn't report a problem and instead gave a bad rating straight away without giving the developer a chance to look at the problem.
