Firefox 사용자 16118910 님, 6년 전Eno was working just fine in my Firefox browser since installing it a couple years ago, then recently it began to consistently malfunction. Since about May 2020, clicking the Eno icon brings up a "clueless Eno" that can't determine it's already been installed--despite the 20 or so preexisting virtual card numbers on file (which couldn't have been created without Eno being installed.) Stoopid Eno!
During the 1 hour, 50 minutes, and 53 seconds spent on the phone with Capital One Customer Service, the truth came out. The June 5th, 2020 implementation of the current Eno version was tailored to work just on ONE of today's top 5 web browsers--NOT Mozilla Firefox, NOT Apple Safari, NOT Microsoft Edge, and NOT Opera. Eno now works properly on ONLY one web browser, Google Chrome.
Once again, Capital One, thanks for less than nothing!

- 5점 만점에 4점Firefox 사용자 14739295 님, 7달 전When Eno works, it's great. Eno doesn't work on every website, e.g. Home Depot. In these cases, you can generate a virtual number on the Cap One website then paste it in to the merchant site.

- 5점 만점에 1점Michael Sheldon 님, 일 년 전Used to work, gradually became less and less reliable. works almost never now. Frequently stalls on login, retrieving card, etc. Will offer up a card for certain sites, then reject the transaction for being the wrong site. Finally just uninstalled it.

You need to keep signing into your Capital One account. And it doesn't auto-populate the newly created card into the online shop. You need to copy and paste it all manually from the CapitalOne website. It has not been updated for A WHOLE YEAR, so who knows if it's secure.

- Used to work pretty well. Recently it's started trying to make new virtual cards for merchants that I already have a card stored on file for. So then I end up with duplicate cards, and the merchants that have the original virtual card stored try to charge the wrong card. Called customer support and they really don't seem to understand the problem since I'm not getting an error message. Why did this extension suddenly stop recognizing the virtual cards it already has on file? It's happening with every single merchant, every single purchase.
