It's not working since months. Chrome extension does working.

It has been a long time that this addon has stopped working. In general the whole Diigo service has been going violently downward. I was just re-billed for the annual 40$. I don't see myself paying again.

I was good until it stopped working... switched to Raindrop.io

No longer works. Going to switch to a different bookmarking service.

Not working any more. It used to be good. Requires too many privileges.

The latest version doesn't work in Firefox/Linux. Previous version works.

Sadly, this does not work anymore.

Stopped working since a couple of weeks. Doesn't seem to be actively maintained anymore. Time to migrate to Raindrop.io or TagPacker.

Worked well for a long time, but now broken on Firefox

The extension has stopped working on Firefox. I have been a major Diigo user for years and have a premium plan, but if the extension does not work on my preferred browser, I might have to look into changing what tool is use for web annotation.

The addon does not work any more.

Diigo does not answer priority support for premium customers - Diigo appears not to work any longer in Firefox. I have used diigo for many years.

I use it a lot, but it does not work since latest update (v6.0.0.5resigned1), please, fix it!

Creating an account is necessary to use this extension, but creating an account via Email is not working. Would love to test properly this once this is fixed.

It once worked well, it still does in Chrome no good any more in Firefox, I will remove it and cease to use Diigo anymore.

Can't make line breaks in notes. (When you press "enter" in a note, nothing happens).

A shame, because this extension works great in Chrome.

Cannot sign in, cannot find support to get extension working. Stuck in an endless loop of asking me to sign in.

This extension was always clunky but since few weeks, it does not work at all. I highlight pages, they appear highlighted and when I revisit them, they are gone.
Few dozens notes went to waste before I realized all my work is not being saved.
I had "Professional" user tier mostly for assets fetching but this too stopped working.
Diigo prides itself in staying online for 10 years now: being online is one, keeping your product working in ever-changing Web is another.
