- The browser extension used to work flawlessly with Firefox. Now it doesn't and as a Premium paying customer and the lack of apparent care for this issue means I am searching for a new password manager app. Accessing my vault with the extension is not possible and many times when trying to put in information, such as a different address, it wants to prefill making it unable to see what you are trying to access. LastPass has become such a huge disappointment that I no longer recommend it to friends and family.
