But would be nice if you could add password protection (or encryption) for containers.

This plugin is the reason I switched from Chrome. It's awesome that it keeps things self contained. The only thing I would add is a way to hide containers from the drop down list. I have one for Amazon that always opens in it's container. It would be great to not have that on the list because unless it's amazon.com I don't use that container.
